In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall refer to Shot By KM working under Content Kings Media Inc. These terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the client's unless such conditions are expressly agreed by the photographer in writing. 

Deposits

• ALL Studio shoots must be booked at least  72 hours in advance to  assure studio availability!
• Location for outdoor/on location shoots must be provided at least 24 hours in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit (50%) must be made to the photographer prior to the photoshoot via:

Venmo - KMmedia-1 (MEMO must include name & photoshoot date)

Cashapp - $CKMedia8

OR  Through this website via invoice

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
• ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Late Fees

Late fees 

• Late fees apply after 20 minutes of being late. In that case, you will have to pay a $30 fee for lateness. 

• When you are late, the amount of time you are late is being deducted from your shooting time. 

• After 35 minutes late, the photographer reserves the right to cancel your session and keep your deposit/payment. 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your session due any reason, please contact the photographer at least 48 hours prior to your session, If not you will be charged a  Rescheduling FEE. (Rescheduling costs $50)

• Clients can reschedule via the confirmation booking email that was sent out when you originally booked the appointment.
• If you are unable to successfully reschedule via the link sent to your email you can contact the photographer @Kmshot_it, via the phone: +1 (347)354-9380, or via email @contentkingsmedia@gmail.com
• If you cancel your session 48 hours before our scheduled shoot your deposit  will now become a shoot  credit.  
• The photographer also reserve the right to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, death in the family, inclement weather, and other unforeseen events beyond our control. The photographer will be sure to inform you of any such occurrences as soon as possible and will be sure to reschedule your session in the earliest date available.

Need Photos Back Fast?

NORMAL RETURN TIME 1Week

Need your photos back fast? Tell the photographer before or on the day of you would like to expedite your edits (additional prices may vary). With this option its guaranteed fast delivery (1-3 DAYS) Not including any additional edits. Any additional edits will be sent within 7-10 days. Any failure to comply will result in the photographer giving the client back a partial refund upon request.

Misplaced/Lost Items

The photographer is not responsible for any items lost in the studio. However, if an item is misplaced the photographer will help the client to find any items that might have been misplaced or missing after the shoot. The The photographer is not responsible for any items lost during outdoor/location shoots

Display

•  The client(s) allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, NFT's, brochures, magazine articles, websites, sample albums, etc.
